My children are no longer babies. I have watched them grow until they are capable of many things. I can rely on them to cook meals, do laundry, work until things are done.
More and more as I see them interact with others I see that they have learned the things that Steve & I have taught them. They are respectful. Purity is important and not a goal—it is a part of their lives. They are certainly not perfect, but I see the fruit of their attempts to live the right way in their situations.
I miss the small things about them being little. Snuggles, little hugs, play doh. But I will be thankful for kindness, wisdom, selflessness.
3 John 1:4
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.
